"In Dreams" quest got Stuck

Hey guys

I am escorting Taelen Fordring through Hearthglen, and he chased a mob into a Guard tower, killed it, and is now just standing in the Guard Tower doing nothing. Taelen has been here for over an hour, killing the mobs that respawn. I can even restart the quest. Is there any fix to this?
