Call of Water quest is bugged

On part 6-7 of the quest where you go to Silverpine Forrest to kill the elemental. Yet when sapta was drank no elemental showed up. Also all the other elementals in that area are frozen in place. I have tried to redo the quest to no positive solution. My character is Tumawock.

Did you check if none of the elementals becomes attackable? Might be a visual bug or something, so many shamans complained about this part of the quest but in the end they all have their water totems.

Yes I did run through the group and drop magma totems by them but to no results.

I think this is just user error. The quest, by nature, is difficult to complete.

You need to drink the sapta. One of the elemental's will become attack-able. It doesn't appear, it doesn't spawn. It's always there but until you drink the sapta it will not allow you to attack it.

Now I know you said you drank the sapta and nothing appeared but that isn't how it works. You need to mouse over EVERY elemental after you drink the sapta. One will allow you to attack it and, viola, quest done.
