in what patch do we get more debuff slots?

I'm thinking Warlock is terrible raid-dps in current patch due to only 8 debuff slots? True?

In what patch is this increased?

Also, warlocks aren't as bad as you would think. With sac they can contend pretty well.

Warlocks aren't terrible. You just have to sit there and spam shadowbolts nonstop, which many find boring.
