I just wanted to thank GM Pottu for taking the time in some of the recent account issues topics to post more personalized and specific responses - that don't sound like cut & paste.
My IRL job is corporate marketing - and I can tell you that this kind of personalisation goes much farther than you might realise towards a happy customer base. It is a great for transparency. I've listed two examples below that I thought were brilliant - one good news, the other bad news.

I noticed a few by Abathur a few weeks ago as well that provided more detail as well when someone is banned and it is confirmed. When you provide that extra little detail, it dispels any doubt about the action.
