average 140-160 ms from East Coast United States. favorite time to PvP (and play in general) is between 22:00 ST and 8:00 ST, usually at this time my latency drops to 120-130 and server side delay is significantly reduced
during peak hours I often experience closer to 200 ms with significant server side delay (basically unplayable outside BG/instance if there are over 6k online)

I'm from the U.S. East coast and my latency is a steady 110ms.

I'm Croatian so I get around 50. Well, Europeans have it easy anyway so probably not worth mentioning

latency doesnt matter .. it still says 30 ms for me even tho theres 1-2 sec delay @ 8k online

the latency on any big private server is spoofed, meaning it doesn't show the actual server delay / processing time.
It's simply being handled first.
