+15 agi scam on alliance side?

Was just thinking..
The other day I was in world and some lvl 60 ret pally whispered me saying he'd do 15+agi for 5g.. i've seen +55 healing(or was it spell power?) going for 50g plus mats.
is this a ridiculously low price to get me to trade my mats and get FUCKED?

It's not ridiculously low because 15 agility is very easy to get, compared to a less than 1% drop rate for healing power (and spell power). I do it for free and tell people to tip whatever.
