how to complete the quest chain " missing diplomat " to get a ring and gold, after winning Handel.

Go back to Theramore and enter the big tower you see just when you enter it from Dustwallow Marsh. Go upstairs all the way to the top to find a guy to turn in your quest. Then you get a quest to talk to Jaina Proudmoore and get your ring.
