Eastern North America Launch Time / Ping

I couldn't find this info because the server is located in a vague place known as "western europe".. What does this make the eastern north america launch time?

and what will the average ping be for someone playing from eastern north america?

Eastern will probably be fine. Server is located in France

Ping should be just fine. I live in central US and played on servers out of France with pings around 100ms

In the worst case, use a vpn

East Coast NA is 6 hours behind the server time I believe. And ping should be fine as long as you're not living out in the sticks with some poo ISP. If there are problems it will most likely just be settings that need to be tweaked on their end, no big deal for us.

Thanks for the responses, testers! I am so excited for this but I am so skeptical about private servers. I have played WoW since launch and experienced all the content when it was current.. So I am still weary on if I will be able to keep interest. I need tangible prestige to earn! leaderboards, guild ranks, etc. I want this server to have so much life. Retail WoW fell off for me in cataclysm. I have played all the iterations and did the hardest difficulty PvE content when it was current, so again I really need this server to have a legit community so I can feel like I am working towards something.
