Gurubashi Arena chest does not spawn

The Gurubashi arena chest in Stranglethorn is supposed to spawn every 3 hours, but now it seems like it doesn't spawn at all. I waited for 3 hours and it never spawned.

Last time I checked it spawns at the wrong time here on Nostalrius.
It spawns at 2-5-8-11 on Nostalrius server time. Probably mess up by the devs on GMT+1 time.

I have not had it spawn on the PVE server yet. Been there at 11 and 12 so far, so I will have to try 1 next.

The Gurubashi arena event is not yet implemented on PVE

Pretty sure if it is implemented then it should spawn 3hrs after it has been last picked.
