Add a queue for the server. The server pathways are getting clobbered.

Yea, i'd rather be 3024372th in the queue, than stuck on "connected" forever.
Would give you some sense of advancement.

But i doubt it is the game server issue(which the queues are for) but a login server issue, which don't have any queue systems.
