today in gamemy guildmates told me that nolstarius plan to releae tbc server is that true?

No, its not. The devs have stated that they do not plan on releasing anything else after AQ40.

What's next once all the content will be cleared
A new TBC server will be opened after some months by the community we depend on. This new realm will be completely independent from Nostalrius Begins, that will continue to be supported. Additionnaly, the Nostalrius players will have the possibility to copy any character to the Burning Crusade realm. Once again, Nostalrius Begins will always stay online, and will always have its own dedicated staff.

ok so my question is: worth level in vanilla? because leveling and sacrifice time for a server that will get emptied once tbc arrive seems gloomy :/

Absolutely. BC server we won't be seeing maybe for another 2 years or so. The game still needs to deploy AQ20/40 and Naxxramas. Considering it took 6+ months to see BWL release after the PvP server went live, you can get a feel that we won't even be seeing Naxx for a year or so.
