How to increase the % to connect

Set the setings on low (default) is take less time to comunicate with the server (this trick worked on retail after patch days and with Diablo3 in the night was release too).
After I did that,I manage to log in(Test Real - IsVV2),but disconected,if all the ppl will have low setings the server will respond more fast pls do it,u don`t lose anything anyway (even if is work or no).

How do you put down the settings to low if you can't login to the game? There's no options button in the menu.

If u delete the "Logs" and "WTF" folder the game will change to default

Tried. Didn't work, just made some funny sparks.
Gonna see if throwing Mountain Dew at the computer will do anything good. BRB

This is bullshit. The server doesn't get any information about your ingame settings. It doesn't need to know your resolution or texture settings.

This is bullshit. The server doesn't get any information about your ingame settings. It doesn't need to know your resolution or texture settings.

When you log in to server you send some info (more bytes) if u have more trafic (due to resolution of screen etc)
