New PVP realm?

Hi!

I am new to Nostalrius and would like to lvl a toon on the pvp realm. My issue with the current one is that i think the population is a bit too high. There is a constant slight lag and long waittime for respawn. The PVE realm runs very smooth, no lag at all, though i dont wanna play on an PVE realm since i love the outdoor ganking.

So my question is: Will you open another PVP realm? I think many people would appreciate the idea.

it has been stated several times on this forum that there are no intentions of creating another pvp server.

For melee it might be pretty delayed at peak times but as caster i think its fine, alltho you need to group up for every quest with population like this which sucks. If you are patient and you can, play when its least people online and do it with rested. ganking is definetly worth it lol

Having bug population is the feature which attracts people to play and to me is the best case since I can find the group for elite quests almost instantly (I saw yesterday we had two groups farming the same elite zone) which is the best of MMO you can get.

In case you prefer being alone in the entire zone you are welcome to go play skyrim.

Support. Yeah sure whatever, 10k online is a hugely impressive technical achievement (even tho ~9.5k of them are chinabots) but it's near unplayable during those times. Both because of the lag and because of having 100 other dorks camping the same quest mob/node spawn/your corpse. And it is only going to keep growing exponentially, everyone is going to want to come play on "that server with 10k online" and cause an even bigger upsurge, until even more everyone wants to come play on "that server with 15k online" and so forth. It's best to do it now, before it turns BR tier where the server is so overpopulated that no one can get anything done and GMs are unable to look at individual cases.

To me and lots of players on the PvP server, yes. Seeing 1,000 other players running around makes the game feel alive, and I love it. Even if it is annoying sometimes. Thats why there are two realms, if you dont enjoy the high pop go to the PvE realm and constant flag yourself. Creating another would split the servers even more and bring more strain to their host. This question has been answered before from the devs.

You're playing a 10 years old game. If you wanted quality and stability over pop you should've played when blizzard took care of pre-bc WoW. (lol)
