Some friends say is prohibited.

Yes, you will be auto-banned if you attempt to sell a bijou on the AH. Same with plaguebloom and tin bars.

I heard putting wool cloth in AH is now prohibited aswell

You can sell your bijous on AH. There is no rule against selling your bijous.
