For everyone assuming this is a addon, you're wrong. These are bots, yes literally bots, that attach to the wow.exe proccess, it buys things instantly that provide huge benefits, you can whitelist and add items to this list at your choise with this program. Programs such as this is illegal to use and many people have gotten banned lately for using them.

Yeah, so what? Holy Light scales at 43% coefficient at all ranks including 1, which is obtained at level 1. 9 months and counting. Don't hold your breath.

You are dumb if you think this is a bot - go check the vanilla API and educate yourself. None of the auction functions are protected.
