Resilience doesn't exist yet. You don't need "pvp gear" to pvp. There are other options where you gear level doesn't play such a significant factor in whether you succeed. ZG and MC pugs are everywhere. I'd rather people replace their level 40 greens in the ez free loot raids than sitting in battlegrounds getting instagibbed and contributing very little.
