This thread amuzes me. No disrespect to Nostralius by any means, but what are people expecting from a free private server --- Blizzard customer support and their tlc? Move on if you are.

Alright Stone, let me lay it out for you.
The, less than mature, people that took Dreamstate are rivals back on ED.
They are only a few, maybe 15, trying out the server while most of DS have
moved here to test it. A guildname is almost like a brand when its popular
and have been in existence for a longer period of time.
Now, I haven't read the rules that closely myself yet, but you are most
likely completely right - nowhere does it say that you can reserve a
guildname. You are right. There, now stop repeating yourself over and
over. If you don't mind me saying, that sounds an awful lot like 'Murica
logic - "if it's not written down..." please. Normal people doesn't have
to have ludacris laws/rules made up simply because they use common sense,
and in this case common decency. Dreamstate already had a recruitment
post up on the forums aswell as their website domain. The name was taken purely
out of spite there's no question about that. I myself don't understand
why some take other peoples names to annoy them. It's very immature, pure
and simple and I applaud the Devs for not accepting that kind of behaviour.
I know someone on Plasks stream said "they (DS) could've just talked with
you guys" and thereby get the name back. Personally I highly doubt it
knowing them.
So to the people that think there's nothing wrong with this kind of
behaviour I say:

Is wanting GMs to act fair that much to expect from a private server? I think not. I just hope we won't see things like these in the future.
