I had some shit stain priest ninja an epic, likely pre-raid BiS head piece world drop from BRD that I beat the other shaman for "because it's BoE" and "he can make 25 gold from it". The shaman who would have lost anyway of course was on his side and wanted me to just shut up and continue the run. I agreed, but after expressing myself as calmly as I could and trying to buy it for the ~10g I had on me. Then, because of that idiot, they tried to take a shortcut out one of the windows on the bridge, refused to jump out the one I suggested and so we all jumped out the wrong one and were trapped on the other side. They killed themselves in lava and I just hearthed out because fuck that entire group.

You should have expected this after killing something you know they wanted. Pugs will screw someone over on a whim for the slightest excuse. They don't care about you, and don't care if you never invite them to a run again. Don't expect this to get any better at 60, where people regularly ditch runs right after they get the boss they want. Pretty much every UBRS or ZG for example, people ditch right after Rend or Jindo, not bothering to stay for the rest of the run. They don't give a shit because they aren't after the other bosses. It's a server where far too many players are just selfish entitled children.

If the situation was indeed proven to be straight up him being an asshole, I may as well force him to send you some sort of small refund, in gold for example, as act of him cleaning the mud thrown on our prideful banner, otherwise he can resign from my guild.

If the situation was indeed proven to be straight up him being an asshole, I may as well force him to send you some sort of small refund, in gold for example, as act of him cleaning the mud thrown on our prideful banner, otherwise he can resign from my guild.

Honestly the more I read the forums and experience the higher level play and attitude of the players on the PvP server, I am regretting leveling here. I just hit 59 and as much as I want to continue, I think I'll be rerolling to the PVE server after hitting 60.

I'm at a point where I'm about to be 60 for more time than I was 1-59. And this as a chronically slow leveller. It's really not THAT much time you'll lose.
The only thing that you'll lose rerolling in PvE is the short bg queues. I'm a pvp ranking player, I try to at leas tpull out 150k honor weekly (trying to up that to 200k weekly) so this is a big area for me, even with the delay I get at peak hours. I also happn to be very vested in a guild I built from scratch and against the advice of everyone.

But if you're more interested in raiding and PvE content, and you're not yet attached to any guild, don't think there's much you'll lose.
