PVP Server Population Problems

At this point they more or less have to break up the server. Maybe release it into 3-4 shards and have everyone choose where their character will be going.

I'd gladly chip in some $$$ for a new server, but it feels like we're being ignored at the moment...

I would chip in as well. I think a lot of people would. If they'd post how much they need to buy the necessary hardware, I believe that amount would be reached very quickly through donations.

The overpopulation is a pretty big problem. Yes, it's amazing that the server can support 11k, but it wasn't designed to. I'd reroll on a fresh PvP server in a heartbeat, especially as I'm pretty late to the progression party.
