Are the Battleground Reputation Rewards Avaliable?

Hello!

I am having a very hard time figuring this out, are the reputation based rewards for Arathi and Warsong avaliable on the PvP server? The ring, the neck and the sword from Warsong, and the girdle and boots from Arathi, specifically.

Not all the rewards, but the majority of items are available from every battleground quartermaster.

Does anyone know when the level 18 WSG items will be for sale again?
