Latency from south america?

Is there any Vanilla addon that fixes the cast bar lattency? I mean, as a mage, 240 ms is playable, but could be better with an AsOnn like Quartz, for example.

heya,

it takes on average 200ms to get
from OVH (provider in France where Nostalrius is hosted)
to border routers in Brazil for major Telecom companies

on top of 200 you'd have to add
local network latency (congested wifi)
local loop latency (between your home network and your operator's closest exchange - usually 20-50 for adsl)

which kinda brings us to the 250 you are experiencing ..
don't think you can get much better than that i'm afraid

Yeah, I already accepted that... but I'm still glad is PvE playable.
The in-game latency bar is green at 250ms, that surprised me!
