Alliance Leveling 30+

I have like 4 different alts sitting more or less abandoned at level ~30 because of this. I log in like "oh boy can't wait to level an alt today" then take one step outside Tarren Mill and die. "Nope guess it's back to spamming rank 1 Blizzard in the Valley of Honor waiting for AB queues".

I'm absolutely distraught with leveling. I was about to make another thread asking for advice when I saw this. STVietnam is 90% unviable for alliance during 16-18 hours of the day. Arathi Highlands is a slaughter field for alliance. Foothills/Mountains is an absolute blood bath for ally, good luck with getting any quests done there. Dustwollow marsh is also a bloodbath for any ally players too. I mean for some reason the Stormwind aligned humans give quests to Horde, when was the last time a Tauren/Orc/Undead/Troll gave me a quest? Desolace can be the ONLY chill place AT TIMES to level, do recommend.

I'm just so sad I want to play vanilla wow on a pvp server. Dying to ?? Horde in 1 hit at every single questing hub is boring. Also the Horde tend to camp a lot. I've been camped a total of... 5 times in Duskwood, 17 times in STV, 3 times in Dustwollow, 2 times in Wetlands, 2 times in Barrens, 1 time in Stonetalon, 2 times in Desolace, 8 times in Foothills/Mountains, 1 time in Thousand Needles, 3 times in Arathi Highlands. That's camped as in each "time" is being killed by the same ?? more than once in a row because they sat on my body. So I've been killed back to back on 17 separate occasions by the same ?? Hordes.

So I've been camped 44 times where 37 of those times being camped in the 30s level range. It took 1.5 days played to get to 30. It's taken 3 days played to get to 38, almost all of the XP being from SM Which now that I think about it I got camped twice outside the entrance slowly getting closer every kill.

tl;dr HOW THE HELL DO YOU LEVEL AS ALLIANCE?? This isn't Blizzlike, this isn't vanilla. This is 12k people thrown into a box where almost all of the jerkoff gray killers are Undead for the racial. I mean is killing grays really that fun?? Just please go back to your starting zone and gank boars instead please.

E: I'm okayish with the ganking, I'd be lying if I said it didn't rustle me a little when rogues can cold blood 1 shot me from 100% life. But at least with that if I see them I can blink away in time and then start the R1 frost bolt slow to kill them over time. And the groups of horde my level that run around ravaging feels like a normal thing too. It's just the ?? oneshoting without a chance of counterplay rustle me to no freaking end.

I avoided STV until I was closer to 40 and could do the Southern quests. Didn't do any of the hunting quests at all because Nessingwary's was always overrun by Horde killing Alliance lowbies. (That's not to say that Horde don't get ganked as well; I just haven't played Horde.) I had a better time in the Badlands and other zones following various leveling guides to find those out-of-the-way quests and chains to aid in leveling.

But yeah, it is pretty horrible overall leveling on the PvP realm.

why dont you just grind mobs if you honestly feel like u cant go 1 step without getting killed?

btw, <1.5 months ago i leveled a priest to 60 on alliance with less than 4 days played, rarely getting ganked

Is true that horde out numbers allys in lowbie zones but that doesnt mean u are being killed or ganked by 60s. Most of the times when theres 60s hordes in stv is because some nerd ally got tired to die to hordes of the same lv and bring main to kill them.
If u being ganked by someone of the same lv dont bring your main to the fight unless u want him dead too.

What does my life have to do with my ridiculous propensity for being ganked by ?? hordes? Maybe it has more to do with time of day playing.

Horde says they get ganked more, alliance says they get ganked more .... and omg PvP ...


Nut up and deal with it, or go play retail/PvE server. Coming here to cry about getting ganked is a complete waste of time.
