Horde turtles after getting crushed in AV

I'm in an AV right now where the horde have SPGY and there is nobody on defense, but they're all turtled stopping the alliance from not being able to kill Drek due to a lack of a tank.

Is it possible for the horde to ever just let the game end instead of wasting everyone's time and getting bad rep?

Let me guess, alliance spent first 30min full team turtling at IW bunker so they cant pass and when you decided to go offence they did the same?
But anyways this is how AVs are going on when its not AV weekend.

Horde always turtle when they cannot get their way. Then they summon wolf riders (way easier to summon than ram riders due to ram abundance) and win the game.
