Argent dawn rewards/rep

Hey guys,
Pretty new to WoW, but I'm level 55 now and wanted to start gearing up. Researching BiS gear and enchants I keep finding references to Argent Dawn rewards. What I'm wondering is are the "Epic Armaments" and "Superior Armaments" items in the game, and if so are they worth pursuing? I saw the "Talisman of Ascendance" trinket and "Band of Piety" look ridiculously good compared to the other gear I'm finding in lists.

Also, is the +5 resist shoulder enchant in the game? I tried searching here but couldn't find anything. Thanks.

Armaments quests are part of patch 1.11 (Naxxramas patch), so they won't be available for several months.

The resist shoulder enchants are in game.
