They killed KT world first because they were most dedicated players at that times, but not because of faction.
BoK/BoS+FrostRes aura makes last 2 naxx bosses. On KT Aggro is very important, and Alliance can do more dps than horde, to not overaggro OTs...

Also, alliance got more PvE guilds=more Frozen runes for sale...
btw I remember times(2006) when Frozen Runes was cost 300g...

Don't even get me started on fuking paladins

P.S. Once Coalition will loot anything from Edge of Madness and Winter Chill will loot something from Azuregos - they'll took 2-nd and 3-rd place, and there will be no any horde guilds in top3 list
