You are the only one here making sweeping generalizations. If people want to donate to keep the server going let them.. If you don't want to contribute, don't. The server is great. They are working constantly to fix things, just like blizzard had to do, and still does. You obviously have no development experience if you expect things to just be perfect.
Not to mention they so far, have been doing it all for free, including paying for DDOS protection.
