I scrolled down here and all slang definitions are about toilets or the anus, neither of which fits the way the ant colony of Nostalrius forums uses the word. I like being able to examine and study people as a hobby, so I could use this word's meaning to get what you guys mean.

If you're such a studious individual why can't you determine it's meaning from the contexts it is used in? You sure read the forums enough to have a sufficient sample size to determine this.

The use is too widespread to narrow down. Unable to determine if related to gameplay or to personal character.
For what I'm seeing it's just a generic flame/insult buzzword.
