I have played vanilla a lot and there are so many blues that i see for the very first time, since they were rare before, but not anymore.
this server has more players than any retail server ever had.. that is why yous ee more boe in AH
once again, no it doesnt. The average across the board for a vanilla server was 13k accounts tied to them. Your seeing more greens/blues/epics because a) the loot tables are fucked and b) bog standard mangos servers have loot drops at x4 rates roughly.
