Queue lower Player in higher BG Brackets

My Group and me just found a bug in the queue system. I was leader of a Group with 20-29 player and one lvl 18. I queued the group for arathi basin and he got an inv too and was able to join the bg. We tried it two times to proof it.

We also tried with a higher lvl but that didnt work.

Like the lvl 18 inviting and signing up, cuz that would be really fucked if a full high lvl team joined a low lvl bg x)
