Where did you get that info on 15k vs 5k?

By spending 5 minutes on these forums every day. Keep telling yourself that factions are in any kind of balance, though. At this point, after all, I'm just here for the show.

Well I spend slightly more than 5 minutes, and you might have noticed that there's harldy 200 people active here, so I'm wondering where you get 20k characters from AND that distribution. Especially when most "census" people seem to give something much more balanced.
