Another Horde Hacker Spotted!

I saw someone in the Barrens using the multihack tool to float. He has a gibberish name too, and is low level. I told him I'm reporting him and he begged me not to, which shows he is obviously guilty of the accusation. In both of these screenshots he can be seen floating.
