The staff are aware of the bugs on the server. Developing fixes isn't that easy but they're working on it. For the time being a soft cap wouldn't be such a large issue however Nos is relying on a Blizzlike server so I doubt this will come around.
The best is to remain patient, a few broken talents won't be as hindering as throwing all your gold on respecs at the moment.
