could be... but somehow that previous link (first one) worked when I tried it again 1h ago.
I downloaded same file which worked last time but now when it gives me same error as your file.

Says that my interface login files are corrupted and need to reinstall the game.
When i take patch-2.MPQ out of data folder, game runs just fine but I get dc in matter of seconds when I logg in.
