this is the problem. all the duping hearsay is getting in the way of something being done about how fucked up the drop rates are on this server.

It's statistically unlikely if his 'roll' for epic was even too high that they would all be the same dagger.

To clarify, no duping was done. It was a bugged chest that had the daggers too often, and thus was abused. It is/will be fixed today.
