Add-on request - quest completionist

Does anybody know if there's an add-on to keep track of quests completed and list those yet to be picked up and completed (manual marked or server query doesn't matter)
Kind of like Quest Completionist for vanilla.

Questie will do just that https://github.com/AeroScripts/QuestieDev
But it can only record what you picked up, so if you start using it now, previous quests will still appear.
