If anyone is interested, I've uploaded a sound replacement file that will mute the Rat Catcher's Flute from the Deeprun Tram Quest. Too many players run around spamming it just to annoy others and I don't like having to ctrl-s all the time just to ignore it.
Simply extract the .rar file into your main WoW directory.
It is just a .wav sound file, so it is perfectly safe.
