Bug Reporting Sub Forums

Can we get some bug reporting sub forums? Would like to screenshot/document bugs I find and submit them. Also keep seeing a bunch of compilation bug threads in random places everywhere on the other boards. Keep hearing about a bug tracker but haven't seen it yet

ingame there is a bug tracker, you can use the blizzard reporting tool.
that sends a message ingame to the GM's

the big red questionmark on the menu-bar
it has a very short character limit though :/
