Hello!
I am still not sure if this is allowed,
Say im on my bank on one client (different account) and scanning the auctionhouse can i play on my other character at the same time? (Leveling)

Hopefully i can get some info on this.

Yeah you can. It's in the FAQs under multiboxing. This is like the only exception to the "2 accounts at the same time" rule.
