From the description of what you provided, I see nothing wrong with what you are doing. Buying items with a level 1 alt from a vendor is not breaking any rules, nor is auctioning those items.

As long as you don't use any outside program or multibox to escort yourself to the vendor, I don't see any problems.

How exactly would this be multiboxing?
I don't understand, please explain.

In PvE:
Examples:
- Power leveling a character (I.e. using a higher level character to help the lower level one).
- Using multiple account to do a dungeon easier or help a raid.

Could be that using an alt to farm the gromsblood to use for raid consumables could be considered "helping a raid". Not that it couldn't have been abated by logging off on your main before logging on your alt in the first place. But they don't care about this, so it's moot.
