To clarify the situation:
* Theldras is no longer part of the staff,
* Rumors about one guild chosen for BWL is very interesting because even us administrators still haven't decide anything yet. More information on that topic during this week (who, how & schedule),
* While GM on others servers received items, golds or even real money for their work, GM Team here (and all others staff members, admins included) is only working based on motivation and nothing else.
We need GMs to support players, that's a fact, some are legits, some are not, trying to abuse their power. We got all the tools needed to check GM activities, which helped us to save economy and server stability so far, banning GMs and corresponding personnals accounts when spotted without any discussion (3 tried so far).
All the others GMs (nearly all?) are still on track trying to help as much players as possible on their free time for nothing. That's clearly not a task everyone can handle, dealing with stress, self moderation, affecting their free time, family, etc.
I personnaly thanks them for their work because without them, server will be done since a long time.
