Cloth reputation

Long time ago and probably looking in the wrong place
But isn't there supposed to be a cloth quest near the tailor in stormwind for reputation?
Same for IF etc

they were there when the server started but were taken out a few days after release.

i think they didn't exist in pre 1.4

Ah ok because wowhead says the stormwind npc was added in 1.11.1
