Hello there!!

Recently I was hit hard in the feels with some WoW nostalgia -- I played on The Venture Co (US) for a long time until Cataclysm came out, it was awful. I've been looking at a few different private servers and somebody on Reddit recommend this one so I thought I'd check it out.

There are quite a few obnoxious kids running around screaming their lungs out. But as far as I'm concerned the rest of the community is great and makes up for the few bad apples

To be expected, but I've been online for the past hour or two and it seems to be a great server! I love that I wasn't level 14 by the time I left Northshire Abby (seriously, that happened to me on two other servers today -- wicked annoying) and as far as I can tell people can't buy gold, or get items for "voting" for this server.

I think I'll be here (casually) a lot!

what ever you hear about is most likely not true.. dont listen to the no lifers on the forums that troll. roll what ever you want for a class since the game is so populated you can find groups with in minutes.

dont hack/cheat/bot/ect and you wont be banned. be courteous to fellow players and you will find yourself in a nice social guild while leveling. take your time leveling, dont feel like you need to rush (i felt that way when i start), we are approaching 25 guilds that are in MC at the moment, the PVE progression thread needs to be updated. so once you hit 60, there are literally dozens of guilds to chose from

Rolling a Rogue as that was my first ever WoW character -- PvP = fun.

I didn't think that would need to be said -- and I don't intend to do any bad things. I was never into Raiding so that isn't too much of a concern for me. As long as WSG and AB work I'll be a happy person.... And if I can find, or start, some world PvP then "hooray!".
