LF Quartz-like addon (Latency redzone for high ping casters)

I've been searching and searching to no avail. I'm looking for an addon compatible with 1.12 that has the same function as the Quartz addon, specifically the latency 'redzone' for casting. Essentially boosting caster dps/heals for those of us with high ping by showing us when the cast actually ends that changes dynamically according to your ping. Fastcast doesn't work the same way, so please don't mention that. Any other help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

What you're looking for doesn't exist. Most common one is eCastingBar.

I've heard rumors of people on other Vanilla servers with a working version of an addon that does this, sadly the author withheld this mod in exchange for in-game gold. If anyone is willing to put some time and effort into creating this mod, I would be more than willing to compensate them for his/her hard work on the condition that it is publicly released to everyone. It may be as simple as exporting "Quartz" or somehow isolating the ping calculation that exists in this mod and making it compatible with 1.12. (although I have no experience in creating mods). This would be beneficial for all users who suffer from high ping.

I've tested most castbars and this is the closest thing to Quartz that I have found. The others tend to have too many errors, particularly in PvP. The built in latency marker helps you time your stopcasting macro. I've shed off a good ~second using this.

The only bug I have found with this castbar is that it does not always fade away after casting a spell. It will continue to work though.

Thank you so much, i was just trying to test this out and it's not being picked up by my addons. It's in the correct folder, it's just not being recognized for some reason, and doesn't show up on my list of addons. I'm so eager to try this out!

*edit* It seems that I didn't replace the addon with this one. After i did, it works great! Thank you so very much.
