I experienced a similar problem on another private server with mindflay. I found that it was because I was pressing the buttons repeatedly, once I calmed down, the bug stopped. Try that, maybe it help you out.

Lol at that rogue " i used all my dcs and hes still up. I cant do nothing now.. qq" but ye, first video shows how it should not cancel cast right away but wait till cast is over and then los. Maybe its something wrong client side?

Are you using Classic Snowfall or an addon similar to it that casts spells on keydown instead of keyup? (Talking about when the spell is cast in relation to when the key is pressed down)

for obvious reasons it would be best to do tests without addons running.
the cleaner the installation the better.
if without addons the issue still comes back it could be a bug, depending on the number of reports.
else it could as well be your internet connection.
