How do I record this game without problems?

Okay, so I decided I wanted to start recording this game. I want to make little movies of cool pvp events and just videos of the fucked up things I see on a daily basis. There is a problem though. Whenever I try to record something the video is either 30fps (60 fps checked) and it stutters like hell. My ingame curser flashes aswell.

I've tried Fraps, Bandicam and also Hypercam. None of these seem to work very well for me. Any suggestions?

I am using Fraps, which works very well here. Is your computer fast enough to handle Fraps (it sounds like it is if you can play with 60fps, admitted).
I record in 30fps in full HD, and hardly have any stuttering here, and my computer is definately not a high-end gamer machine

You are probably recording and playing for the same HDD with no encoding at all (big data chunks being written all the time) i assume.

If you have 2 HDDs, try to record to the other HDD and try to defragment it before it
If you have an Nvidia GFX you could try out Shadowplay

But other than that, maybe just some value settings, look up some youtube tutorials about this.

Shadowplay if you have Nvidia.
Mirillis Action for the best overall performance.
Dxtory for more experienced users.
Alternatively MSI Afterburner and Open Broadcaster Software, which are both free.

Regarding your Problem:
Seems like your HDD is the bottleneck as uWot already explained. Try his advice. If that doesn't work, I'd need some more information to help you out. Your PC specs and the resolution you're recording in would be a good start. You can also download Parkdale (http://thesz.diecru.eu/content/parkdale.php) and test your HDD Writing speed. As Reference: You need at least about 30Mbit/s for 1280x720 @30FPS.

use OBS and local record. no need for fraps these days when you have OBS.

Also, if you happen to be a mac user, ScreenFlow is about the best there is. Works amazingly.
