just read through the Yhool page as well, that looks promising, i hope they release it soon and it wont disappoint, im sure it would get popular, if its like what they describe it to be

I've always wanted a hardcore wow server (Death is permanent period, none of this conditional resurrection bullshit). that Yhool server seems like glorified Diablo hardcore, you start at the level cap (or level 80 at least), nothing is soulbound and you can loot player corpses.

I LOVE permadeath, I'd play a server like this in an instant. Makes things so intense!
