As far as I understand now any of the newer weapons come out with naxx patch healer 1hander spell caster 1hander fast offhands etc..
There are currently rank 14 weapons in the game but they are lower weapon damage and will be upgraded once ZG is released. They also stated that the upgrade will be retroactive preserving enchants as well. This post is on the timeline post in announcements.
However If you want the rank 14 healer weapons 1hand spell dmg or fast offhands you will have to regrind to rank 14.
