Hello there.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post such thing - but i'm just gonna give it a shot.
As the headline says, I have a fully signed guildcharter, but for some reason the NPC wont let me turn it in... I click the "Register a Guild Charter", but nothing happens. Anyone got a handy advice?
