Holy Spring Water bugged?

I was not on the quest...went to the place..tried to loot it but nothing showed up...bug?

no, it has a long respawn timer. intended afaik

I mean I know its got like a 5-10 min respawn timer but I got the little ''looting bar'' and opened it but nothing was inside the ''holy spring''. Then it despawned so I waited 5 more minutes another respawned and same thing again there was nothing inside it

Same thing happened to me. I'll try again next time I'm there
