A bit worried about pvp

It seems some of you have not taken the time to think critically about the claims posted on this forum. I've seen enough so it's time I do the hard work for you. Meanwhile you can all dedicate your attention to continuously breathing because I'd hate if this post was written for nobody.

Supanice (The OP) has 4 posts in his post history in total and they're all in his own thread. If you don't believe me you can go through his post history. Supanice's account was registered February 11th, 9:59PM. 14 minutes before the only post he ever made gets posted. So that means that this post was made within that time space, submitted for first time post and then an administrator approved that post within 15 minutes since it was his first time posting.

Supanice has no previous post history so nobody here knows this person. Nobody knows where this person is from. He could be from anywhere, including both Feenix and Kronos. He hasn't made any other posts since then. He just swoops in three days after Grizzly posts their recruiting thread and conveniently has all this crazy insider info about Grizzly and then disappears after stirring up a huge dust storm. Tell me that's not the least bit suspicious.

Supanice claims that Grizzly is some sort of conglomeration of hackers or whatever that travel from server to server. So Grizzly does what, play the game like everybody else, level up to 60, do 5 man dungeons, build their pre raid gear and then go into raids in order to accomplish their ultimate goal which is what? Ruining the server they've spent thousands of collective hours playing on?

Why does the original story claim that Grizzly hacked their way to full Deathbone? If they were actually hacking why not just skip the gearing in dungeons part, wait a week or two and then go straight into raids at the same time as other guilds are gettting ready to raid and completely avoid detection. If what Supanice is saying is really true then Grizzly already had these ultra awesome hacks. If they really had hacks they could just flyhack the entire raid away from every raid boss and have ranged kill the bosses with no problems whatsoever. It makes zero sense at all to do linear progression through dungeons if you have hacks ready to go that let you just as easily kill raid bosses while being disgustingly undergeared.

I mean come the fuck on is this not obvious?

As I don't know your history I do wish to apologise myself for my last post. As you replied I was indeed taken by these rumours. If your story or their story is true, I don't know. But I will not point in any direction no more. I'll remain neutral wishing your guild the best and hoping none of these claims are true.

My history with Grizzly honestly does not go back far at all. I am however a previous member of Verve which was absorbed into Grizzly.

And I trust the judgement of the people who were in Verve. We raided together on Valkyrie, and a handful of Verve members including myself go back to 2012 in our previous guild.

Hi nujabes, and hi to all you guys from Grizzly : i can understand why you'd be be a bit annoyed with all theses rumors about you guys being hackers, i do. After all, if i was in your position, knowing all that was said is bullshit, i'd be mad too.

Yet, since i'm not exactly the type to believe something only one individual said, i tried to gather more info, and went directly to the kronos forums.There were several people (not one or two, mind you) who also claimed that grizzly used to hack on several servers, and at distinct periods.

Now, idk, maybe the kronos community is not to be taken this seriously, maybe it's the same guy who tried to stain your reputation over and over again, maybe, maybe, maybe....

So in the end, i'd like to believe in your good faith, but i can't help being a little cautious. Anyways, i guess we'll all see pretty quickly if all this was nothing but false rumors being spread by idiots, and if it's the case, i'll be there to defend you guys, as someone from another guild, if something like this happens again.

I'm not sure what happened to Somonah. The last time I played on Valkyrie, Verve pretty much went on hiatus and went their separate ways because of Valkyrie remaining in development hell for some time, and the server population being completely stagnant.

I'm a bit worried about pvp : everyone keeps saying horde will dominate, according to the previous beta tests, but i really love being an alliance player. I don't care if horde is a bit better than alliance, as long as pvp is competitive, but complete domination? Nah, that wouldn't be fun. What do you think?

Take the race you like. Alliance is going to be fine. It actually looks like they have a lot more players than Horde does for this server... which is exactly how Classic was, lol. If you lose all the BGs, then use your superior population to make organized teams, which is what the Alliance did back then. But generally, the smaller faction won all the BGs because a bigger population translates into more newbs filling the BG slots, which force equal sides. However, this may not be true here as every returning player will be a veteran at this point. You might very well end up with a bigger population that's got more pros too. We will still have the advantage of getting BG slots easier though, along with having more enemies to kill out in the world. Being outnumbered in the world is only a drawback for cowards. If you actually want to fight, then being on the smaller faction=more targets.

horde attracts the most try hards beause of already op racials its called the dominoe effect so its even more imbalanced. also horde is full of warlocks while alliance is full of ice barbed spear ret paladins and shitty fury warriors with blues and greens while horde have casters cc'ing you in perma mode plus critting for 5k
